**Job Title: Retail Banker**
The Retail Banker plays a crucial role in attaining sales targets through the effective suggestion of banking products while delivering outstanding customer service. This position also involves managing daily operations at the branch, such as processing transactions, balancing the vault, and maintaining accounts. Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of pertinent experience in sales or customer service, or hold an Associate’s degree along with one year of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential for this position.
