This role involves providing software training sessions, conducting product webinars, and engaging in quality assurance testing for FICS software. Candidates should exhibit strong technical proficiency and troubleshooting abilities, along with the capacity to handle diverse tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills are essential, and a valid Texas Driver License, along with vehicle insurance, is required.
