Job description
The position requires outreach to both carriers and patients to address pending balances while ensuring that account records are meticulously kept up to date. The individual in this role will also be responsible for following up on denials, processing appeals, and responding to questions from both internal and external stakeholders. A background in patient billing is advantageous for this role. Applicants should be confident in their communication with payors and proficient in documenting account details.
