The Billing Representative will review and confirm sales orders, resolve discrepancies, and manage patient files to ensure accurate billing. They will also communicate with VA representatives and internal teams to address payment delays and inventory issues. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of DME billing experience. Proficiency in billing software, EMR systems, and strong communication skills are required.
