Job Summary
The BIM Manager will oversee and coordinate Building Information Modeling processes to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of project deliverables. This role is critical in leading the implementation of BIM standards and best practices across various projects, ensuring seamless collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage the development and execution of BIM strategies within projects.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure proper implementation of BIM standards.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops regarding BIM tools and techniques.
- Review and evaluate project workflows to improve BIM processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address any BIM-related challenges or needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in BIM management and coordination.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards related to BIM practices.
