Job Title: Biomedical Equipment Technician
Responsibilities include setting up equipment, conducting preventive maintenance, and executing repairs on a range of biomedical and non-clinical devices to maintain safety and efficiency in operations. You will oversee the clinical equipment program while offering training to staff and residents on the safety standards associated with the equipment. A qualified applicant must possess an Associate’s degree in Bio-Medical Equipment Technology or an Associate’s degree in Electronics, along with a minimum of two years of medical equipment maintenance experience within a hospital setting. Candidates are expected to showcase their knowledge of technical guidelines and adhere to manufacturer specifications.
