Job description
**Blasting & Finishing Operator**
The Blasting & Finishing Operator is responsible for the operation of bead blasting systems and executing secondary finishing processes to fulfill customer requirements. Key duties involve inspecting components for quality assurance, adhering to setup documentation, and ensuring a tidy and orderly workspace. A High School diploma or GED is mandatory for this role. Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in medical blasting, are highly desired.
