Job Summary
The primary focus of this role is to design and document a comprehensive Blender production pipeline from the ground up. This includes the essential integration of tools and the management of data transfers. Additionally, the position entails conducting workflow tests, ensuring result validation, and providing support to department leaders during the onboarding process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and document a new Blender production pipeline.
- Create interfaces for tools and facilitate efficient data handoffs.
- Conduct thorough workflow tests and validate outcomes.
- Assist department leaders in onboarding processes and training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in senior-level technical direction within VFX or animation pipelines.
- Deep proficiency in Blender and Python programming.
- Demonstrated success in constructing production pipelines from inception.
- Experience in migrating teams between various DCC tools.
