Job Summary
The Data Content Analyst II is responsible for maintaining the integrity, thoroughness, and clarity of data in the case tracking system. This role involves carrying out in-depth data quality assessments, providing mentorship to team members, and assisting multiple agency divisions with reporting and improvements to the system.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy and transparency of data in the case tracking system.
- Conduct complex analyses related to data quality.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to fellow staff members.
- Assist various agency bureaus with their reporting needs.
- Support system enhancements and improvements.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, or a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Experience or knowledge in criminal justice or legal studies is advantageous.
