Job description
**Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst**
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will design and manage ABA-focused programs while conducting behavioral assessments for clients with disabilities. This role involves training team members, overseeing a caseload, and ensuring precise clinical documentation is maintained in the electronic healthcare record system. Applicants should have an advanced degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline and must be BCBA certified. A minimum of five years of hands-on experience is necessary, along with a valid driver’s license and the capacity to pass a background check.
