**Director of Payer Strategy**
The Director of Payer Strategy oversees the management of payer contracts, cultivates relationships within the payer landscape, and drives performance initiatives that facilitate the organization’s expansion. This role entails negotiating reimbursement agreements, evaluating the success of contracts, and working alongside various teams to guarantee operational excellence. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and extensive experience in payer contracting, managed care, or healthcare reimbursement. Proficiency in analytics, negotiation, and leadership is essential, with preference for individuals holding an MBA or MHA and experience in a dental support organization.
