Job Summary
This position is focused on creating effective treatment strategies based on clinical expertise and applying evidence-based therapeutic methods within a nurturing setting. A key aspect of the role involves guiding and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while partnering with families to monitor development and establish targets for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Formulate clinically sound treatment plans.
- Deliver therapy grounded in evidence-based practices.
- Oversee and mentor RBTs to ensure high standards of care.
- Collaborate with families to track client progress.
- Assist in setting and reviewing treatment goals.
Qualifications
- Must possess a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong clinical skillset relevant to behavioral analysis and therapy.
- Proven ability to supervise and mentor staff effectively.
