Job description
The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will perform functional behavior evaluations and create tailored, evidence-driven behavior intervention strategies for clients. This role includes delivering clinical services, training family members and staff, and overseeing the adherence to treatment protocols to maintain exceptional care quality. Ideal candidates should have a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline and a current BCBA certification, along with a minimum of two years of professional experience. Additionally, applicants must be residents of and have a valid license to practice in the State of Michigan.
