Job Summary
The primary role involves creating clinically robust treatment plans and administering evidence-based therapeutic interventions within a nurturing setting. The position also includes overseeing and guiding Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while working closely with families to monitor client progress and establish objectives.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement clinically sound treatment strategies.

- Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs.
- Collaborate with families to track progress and define goals.
Qualifications
- Candidates must possess a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong clinical skills are essential.
- Ability to provide effective supervision and mentorship to staff members.
