Job Summary
The Behavior Analyst Case Manager plays a crucial role in evaluating behaviors, crafting support plans, and monitoring data to assess developmental progress. This position is essential in offering continuous training to staff members and engaging in collaborative meetings with multidisciplinary teams to enhance clinical practice.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments.
- Design and implement effective behavior support plans.
- Analyze data to monitor client progress over time.
- Provide ongoing training to staff regarding behavior management techniques.
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss and refine intervention strategies.
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related discipline.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
- At least two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism is preferred.
