Strip and wax floors using heavy machinery, and perform general housekeeping tasks such as laundry, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Clean and disinfect restrooms and shared spaces, maintain supplies, respond to housekeeping concerns, and follow infection-control and safety procedures. Prior floor technician experience and experience using heavy machinery are required; housekeeping, laundry, or janitorial experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should know proper cleaning techniques and chemical safety, communicate in English, use basic smartphone applications, and be able to perform physically demanding tasks.
