Job Summary
The BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) plays a crucial role in providing high-quality, evidence-based behavior analytic services tailored for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities. This position focuses on clinical case management, the formulation of treatment plans, and the instruction of staff and families in effective behavioral strategies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based behavior analytic interventions to clients.
- Conduct clinical case management to ensure high standards of care.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans addressing individual client needs.
- Provide training and support to both staff and family members regarding behavioral techniques.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in behavior analysis or a related field.
- Active BCBA credential in good standing.
- Alternatively, a Master’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in behavior analytic services.
