Job description
The Body Care Manager oversees the effective functionality, profitability, and merchandising within the department while guiding and training the team. This role includes fulfilling Manager on Duty duties, such as managing store opening and closing procedures, overseeing inventory control, and upholding exceptional customer service standards. Ideal candidates will possess 1-2 years of experience in retail or grocery settings, along with 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and candidates must be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs with assistance.
