**Body Care Manager**
The Body Care Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the effective management, profitability, and merchandising of the body care department, alongside training and guiding the team. This position also entails taking on Manager on Duty responsibilities, which include managing store operations during opening and closing hours, handling register activities, and upholding superior customer service standards. Ideal candidates will possess 1-2 years of experience in retail or grocery settings as well as 1-2 years in a supervisory role. A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Applicants must be proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems and should be capable of fulfilling physical duties, such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
