**Sales Associate**
The Sales Associate plays a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience, exceeding personal and store sales objectives, and engaging with customers through in-depth product knowledge. Additionally, they will assist in merchandising, uphold retail operational standards, and support the training of new team members. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of one year of experience in a high-performance sales setting and must be at least 18 years of age. This position requires a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with the physical capability to stand for long periods and lift over 50 pounds.
