In addition, this role entails handling various administrative responsibilities, such as verifying insurance, obtaining prior authorizations, and processing referrals. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and demonstrate excellent communication abilities. A background in healthcare and familiarity with CPT/ICD-10 coding is highly desirable.
