Job description

**Job Title:** Clinical Counselor

In this role, you will deliver therapeutic counseling, crisis response, and develop safety plans for adult clients impacted by domestic violence and trauma. You’ll be responsible for maintaining client records, overseeing interns, and coordinating services while ensuring precise data gathering and reporting. A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related discipline is required, along with experience in working with individuals affected by trauma. Preferred qualifications include completion of a 40-hour domestic violence training program, ICDVP certification, and proficiency in Spanish.
