The Branch Leader is tasked with overseeing every facet of branch operations, including enhancing performance, fostering business growth, and ensuring adherence to operational standards. This role also involves managing human resources, which encompasses recruitment, mentoring, and conducting performance evaluations for the branch staff. Applicants are expected to possess a bachelor’s degree or comparable qualifications, with a minimum of two years in the financial services industry and at least one year in a leadership role. Furthermore, it is essential for the candidate to comply with the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act within the first 30 days of employment.
