**Job Title: Nursing Unit Clerk**
The Nursing Unit Clerk plays a vital role in delivering administrative and communication support to the healthcare team in a transitional care setting. Key responsibilities include managing clerical tasks, tracking orders, and facilitating smooth patient flow. Ideal candidates should hold a high school diploma or GED and demonstrate foundational computer and communication abilities. Preference will be given to those with one to two years of experience in a hospital or healthcare environment, particularly in clerical or medical assistant positions.
