Job description
The Branch Manager plays a key role in guiding, inspiring, and training branch staff while managing daily activities and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. This position involves overseeing the branch’s profit and loss statement, executing sales strategies, and maintaining effective inventory management to drive profitable growth. Applicants should possess a minimum of five years of experience in sales, operations, or electrical distribution, along with at least two years in a leadership role. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, while a bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
