**Branch Operations Lead**
The Branch Operations Lead oversees the day-to-day functions of the branch, focusing on cash management and adherence to regulatory standards. This role involves partnering with the Branch Manager to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for clients. Key responsibilities include providing training to staff on policies and procedures, as well as assisting customers with transactions and self-service banking solutions. Applicants should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in retail banking and hold a high school diploma or GED. The position demands excellent leadership capabilities, a keen eye for detail, and the flexibility to work during branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
