**Fashion Coach**
The Fashion Coach plays a pivotal role in overseeing and nurturing hourly team members by providing training, mentorship, and establishing clear performance goals. Additionally, this position is accountable for enhancing financial outcomes by effectively managing budgets, overseeing inventory management, and upholding exceptional customer service standards in the store. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of college education or have 1 year of retail experience coupled with 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Successful completion of job-related training is essential, along with background checks for positions involving the sale of firearms or ammunition, if applicable.
