Additionally, this position is accountable for enhancing financial outcomes by effectively managing budgets, overseeing inventory management, and upholding exceptional customer service standards in the store. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of college education or have 1 year of retail experience coupled with 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Successful completion of job-related training is essential, along with background checks for positions involving the sale of firearms or ammunition, if applicable.
