Job description
The Branch Sales Manager is instrumental in driving and improving all sales initiatives within their designated branch to boost sales volume and optimize profitability. This role encompasses strategic sales planning, team recruitment and training, as well as maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree or have 2-3 years of relevant experience in the lawn care or horticulture industry. A successful track record in sales, exceptional leadership capabilities, and the ability to travel along local market routes are essential qualifications.
