**Director of Human Resources**
The Director of Human Resources will oversee the HR department by acting as a strategic consultant to the leadership team while managing daily operations, which encompass recruitment, performance evaluation, and employee engagement. This role will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to employment regulations and promoting a welcoming and inclusive culture throughout research and clinical sectors. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 7 years of advancing HR experience, emphasizing employee relations and employment legislation. Expertise in HRIS systems, along with the capacity to blend strategic oversight with practical operational duties, is crucial.
