The Business Analyst will provide help desk support, application troubleshooting, and develop complex Power BI reports for the Task Management Tool. They will also manage customer expectations, conduct training, and assist with software testing and automation processes. Candidates must possess an active Secret security clearance and the ability to work on-site 100% of the time. Additionally, the role requires the ability to obtain Microsoft PL-900 or PL-300 certifications.
