The Senior Accounting Manager will lead accounting operations, including the monthly close process, financial reporting, and the maintenance of internal controls. They will also partner with the finance team on working capital planning, debt covenant monitoring, and the optimization of financial systems. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, and a CPA is strongly preferred. Experience in capital-intensive industries and proficiency in U.S. GAAP are essential for this role.
