Job Summary
The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in assessing, recording, and articulating the business and clinical requirements necessary for Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. This position necessitates collaboration with diverse teams to enhance workflows and ensure the effective deployment of EHR functionalities.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, document, and clarify requirements related to business and clinical processes for EHR systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.
- Support the successful adoption and implementation of EHR capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills are essential.
- Excellent communication abilities are a must.
- Proficiency in process improvement techniques is necessary.
- Must be able to work onsite in Oklahoma City.
