**Job Title: Business Analyst**
The Business Analyst plays a vital role in financial planning, reporting, and operational analysis, focusing on the upkeep of budgets, forecasts, and financial models. This position also involves supporting management decision-making through ROI analysis, data reporting, and initiatives aimed at process enhancement. Applicants are expected to possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline, along with 2 to 4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Proficient skills in Excel, financial modeling, and familiarity with ERP systems are essential.
