**Job Title: Manager, Client Accounting Services**
The individual in this role will oversee the strategy, framework, and expansion of the Client Accounting Services (CAS) division, guiding the firm towards a model focused on client advisory. Key responsibilities include creating scalable processes, providing mentorship to team members, and collaborating with the firm’s leadership to foster innovation and enhance service quality. Applicants should possess over 10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management position within CAS or outsourced accounting. A CPA or comparable professional certification is highly regarded, alongside a demonstrated history of establishing or transforming accounting practices.
