Participants will embark on a 12-month fast-tracked program aimed at enhancing business and technological skills while assisting in human resources operations. You will be responsible for managing projects, working in tandem with cross-disciplinary teams, and achieving outcomes that bolster essential energy infrastructure. Applicants should possess either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related business discipline, with graduation set for December 2026. A valid driver’s license is necessary, along with a readiness to relocate across the U.S. Please note, this position does not provide visa sponsorship.
