Ideal candidates should have a blend of laboratory and IT knowledge, including a minimum of one year of experience in a lab setting or a relevant science degree, along with two years of IT support background. Additionally, applicants must successfully complete a background check to acquire Public Trust clearance and exhibit strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
