**Job Title: Mechanical Engineering Leader**
The Mechanical Engineering Leader will be responsible for guiding the engineering efforts related to scalable and high-quality systems while managing a team of engineers throughout every stage of the product life cycle. This position calls for mentoring engineers, facilitating cross-departmental collaboration, and ensuring outstanding design quality via thorough testing and enhancements in processes. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Engineering Science, achieving at least a 3.0 GPA. Additionally, applicants must have at least 10 years of professional experience in mechanical product design and possess practical expertise in diverse manufacturing processes.
