Job Summary
The Business Analyst in Operations will play a crucial role in supporting the organization’s operational processes. This position is focused on analyzing operations data, streamlining processes, and proposing enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate operational workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data trends and generate reports to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
- Develop and document business requirements for system enhancements.
- Support the implementation of operational strategies that align with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations analysis or a similar role.

- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
