Sell NOVA’s services to prospective clients, build relationships that generate proposal requests and contract awards, and pursue project leads to meet growth goals. Assess markets and competitors, maintain an active industry presence, coordinate sales efforts with operational management, and report on sales activities. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Sales, Engineering, Business, or a closely related field is required, along with at least two years of relevant experience in the AEC industry. Candidates should have strong verbal and written communication skills, an outgoing personality, and be self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask; some travel within South Carolina may be required.
