**Job Title: Business Development Director**
The Business Development Director oversees Hospice Care Consultants and Clinical Liaisons in the field, focusing on driving growth and facilitating efficient referral processes. Key responsibilities include organizing weekly team meetings, tracking performance indicators, and ensuring adherence to the company’s documentation guidelines. Applicants are required to have a Florida RN or SW license along with prior experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare sales. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
