Job Summary
The Solutions Engineer will take charge of technical discovery processes, create customized demonstrations, and oversee product evaluations specifically for customers in the LATAM region. This role demands acting as the technical authority, assisting clients throughout the stages of deployment, configuration, and validation of the Coralogix platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical discovery for customer projects.
- Design and present tailored demonstrations of the platform.
- Manage the product evaluation process for LATAM clients.
- Serve as the technical owner during customer engagement.
- Support customers in deploying, configuring, and validating the Coralogix platform.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years in a technical role that involves customer interaction.
- Proficiency in native-level Spanish along with fluent English.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise in observability and cloud-native environments.
- Experience with scripting languages is required.
