**Job Title: Business Development Representative**
The Business Development Representative is responsible for transforming incoming leads into qualified sales opportunities while simultaneously expanding the sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting. This role includes facilitating virtual showroom tours and ensuring precise documentation within the CRM to assist the Account Executive team. Ideal candidates will possess 0-3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, with a strong ambition to develop a lasting career in sales. Those applying should be at ease with making outbound calls, demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, and be available to work on-site in River Grove, IL four days a week.
