The Business Development Representative will spearhead local initiatives in business development within the Baltimore region by fostering client connections and uncovering new opportunities. This role involves working closely with senior leadership to establish strategies, oversee RFP submissions, and keep the CRM database updated. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering, along with 3-10 years of experience in sales or business development. Prior experience in the architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) sector is highly desirable.
