**Job Title: Community Engagement Specialist**
The Community Engagement Specialist will engage with local businesses and organizations to establish referral partnerships and act as a representative of the company within the community. Responsibilities include monitoring outreach efforts, following up on potential leads, and working closely with the owner to formulate strategies for growth. The perfect candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, be self-driven, and have a knack for in-person networking as well as phone communication. A background in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred, alongside a genuine enthusiasm for pets and support for local enterprises.
