Job description
As a Mortgage Loan Officer, your primary role will involve driving mortgage loan origination through effective lead generation, referrals, and networking efforts, while also building your own client base. You will work closely with internal teams to synchronize mortgage objectives with client interactions and uphold compliance with banking standards. Applicants are expected to hold a minimum of an associate degree in Business or Finance, along with over 5 years of experience in the mortgage banking sector. Furthermore, you must have an active NMLS registration and show a strong understanding of RESPA and Dodd-Frank regulations.
