The Business Service Representative is responsible for overseeing patient registrations in both the emergency and outpatient sectors, which includes tasks such as verifying insurance and collecting co-payments. Furthermore, this position involves operating the hospital’s switchboard to facilitate communication, handle emergency calls, and offer information to the community. Applicants should have an Associate’s degree in a relevant discipline or comparable experience. Strong skills in computer applications and the capability to manage sensitive patient data with professionalism are essential.
