**Job Title: Patient Ambassador**
The Patient Ambassador acts as the main contact for scheduling patient appointments, coordinating services, and handling incoming calls, all while providing an exceptional onboarding process for patients. Key responsibilities include confirming insurance details, overseeing medical documentation, and ensuring that records are accurately maintained in the Electronic Medical Record system. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of two years of experience in a medical office or healthcare customer service role. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential, as is familiarity with Electronic Medical Records systems such as EPIC.
