Job Summary
The Business Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and business operations. This position involves analyzing and improving existing business processes and collaborating with stakeholders to define system requirements that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement business solutions and system enhancements.
- Identify areas for improvement within current systems.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and end-users.
- Assist in training users on new systems or processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with systems engineering and project management methodologies.
