Job Summary
An exciting opportunity is available for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team on-site in Tualatin, Oregon. This full-time position involves working under minimal supervision to manage a range of responsibilities related to business systems and projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee various aspects of implementation projects, ensuring effective project management practices are applied.
- Act as a key liaison for IT system analysis, focusing on identifying and addressing business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Facilitate communication between business units and IT to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of business processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role within an IT context.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in various business analysis tools and methodologies.
