Job Summary
The Business Systems Analyst will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to assess and record business needs. In this role, the analyst will be responsible for developing mockups and prototypes to effectively illustrate solutions. They will also lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and offer ongoing production support for the systems in use.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
- Create mockups and prototypes showcasing potential solutions.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Provide support for production issues and enhancements for the platform.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business systems analyst role.
- Proficient in UX design principles and wireframing techniques.
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Candidates must reside and be eligible to work in the United States.
