Job description
Job Summary
The Business Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions. This position involves understanding the needs of the business and leveraging technology to enhance operations, improve processes, and deliver value through effective system solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and develop functional specifications for technology solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system needs and improvements.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure that all components meet specified requirements.
- Provide support and training to users for implemented systems.
- Maintain documentation related to system processes and workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how technology can drive improvements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
